NAMESET COLOUR CHOICES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE IF THERE IS AN OPTION WITH A COLOUR OPTION CIRCLE IN THE LISTING
If you request a different colour to the one chosen you will be sent the colour in the order.
EG: Premier League Nameset - white option in listing is picked but navy is requested in order notes - white nameset will be sent. Navy option would need to be chosen if navy is wanted.
PROVIDING NAME & NUMBER WANTED WHEN ORDERING
If you fail to provide the name and number wanted when placing the order or via email immediately after ordering your order will be cancelled and a refund issued.

Yes they can but for pre-built items (those sold as a specific name and number already created) you must message prior to purchase to check. Click here for more info.
Nameblocks are provided in a straight line. A nameblock alignment template can be purchased online.
We do not provide nameblocks arched to keep the cost of the namesets down. Arched nameblocks take up more material to produce.
If a colour option is available it will show in the listing
description and you will be able to click a colour. If a colour option is not
available for the item you wish to purchase please send an email to check for
colour availability. If you order an item without a colour option and you
choose a different colour the original colour option shown on the item image
will be sent. Returns are not permitted for wrong colour chosen or change of
colour without prior authorisation by email.
You can either add details with your order or email immediately after ordering requesting the name and number you want.
Failure to do either of these will result in your order being cancelled and a refund being issue.
