Instructions for Ironing (Heat Press Recommended)
 

1) Place Name set on the shirt in correct position.

2) Temperature: 140 degrees C

3) Cover with cloth/teflon sheet make sure not to move it during application. 

4) Time: 10 seconds

5) Pressure: Very firm allow to cool peel

6) If name set  does not fully stick,  recover and press for a further 3 seconds.

7) Do not wash shirt for 48 hours after application
