Application Instructions - for use with a heat press - DO NOT USE A HOUSEHOLD IRON
1) Pre-heat shirt for 5 seconds
2) Place transfer in correct position and cover with teflon sheet or cotton cover
3) Apply heat at 145c for 8 seconds
4) Peel carefully
