By placing an order between these dates it is automatically assumed you are happy with the delay in your order being processed.

Orders can still be placed during this time but will not be processed until  Wednesday 20 November.

Last Order Time before Winter Break - 1PM (GMT) Wednesday 30 October - orders placed upto and on this date will be shipped no later than Saturday 2 November.

Orders placed between Thursday 31 October - Tuesday 19 November will be processed from Wednesday 20 November and start being shipped from Thursday 21 November.

Orders placed from Wednesday 20 November will be processed in-line with our standard dispatch timeframe of 5 working days.
